One layer PE film needed to lay on the surface of the floor tile. Mainly the ABC three layer machines. Strong vertical and horizontal pull is needed for this film.
For good quality film we provided the ABC three layer with rotating device. With output nearly 120kg/hr, For the film not very high quality needed, we provided them with one screw extruder. After corona treatment the film can directly adsorbent on the surface of the tile. After running two years, Ruihang's machines nearly no breakdown. And Ruihang machine is really easy to operate.
